- Online purchase returns are eligible for an e-gift card - no cash refunds.
- Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive them.

EXCHANGES
The item just didn’t work for you and you want to try a different size or something else? We offer refunds to original form of payment when you choose to shop for a replacement item. Complete your purchase and write the new order number on the return packing slip and include a copy with your return. We will ship your replacement items now and issue your refund to original payment when we process your return.
